about

Master Sword is back! We went into Wright Way Studios this past March with guest vocalist Rob Bradley and recorded this brand new song - pulling themes from The Legend of Zelda's SNES entry A Link to the Past to create an anthemic hard rock track chronicling Link's descent into The Dark World. Also featuring the bass work of A Sound of Thunder's Jesse Keen.

lyrics

As I creep towards the darkness
Of the world
A new dimension starts to reflect upon my soul

I must keep facing what is left to learn

It seems so strange
Am I insane
I must sustain
The fight

I'll wage a war with this dream

A hopeless quest
So it seems
But I've got a job to do
This quest I cannot lose

Destruction surrounds me
I cannot see the light
Induction invites me
And a face of fright
It's not a place I'd rather be
In this void, an endless sea
I approach thee
With steel
In the Dark World

So bring your armies
I'll bring the might
I will not falter
And face of the night

A strange illusion
Has been cast
My sword and shield
Will pass the test

I must keep fighting what is left to learn

It seems so strange
Am I insane
I must sustain
The fight

I'll wage a war with this dream

A hopeless quest
So it seems
But I've got a job to do
This quest I cannot lose

Destruction surrounds me
I cannot see the light
Induction invites me
And a face of fright
It's not a place I'd rather be
In this void, an endless sea
I approach thee
With steel
In the Dark World
